SEASONAL SERVICE PLANS:

The Four Seasons Plan: (Winter, Spring, Summer, Fall)

-Consists of 4 installs, typically Front Door/Entryway, Focal Point/Lobby, Back Counter, Window Displays, and Seasonal Floral & Scents

The Holiday Plan: (New Year's Eve, Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's Day, Easter, Independence Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas)

-Consists of 8 installs, typically Front Door/Entryway, Focal Point/Lobby, Back Counter, Window Displays, and Seasonal Floral & Scents 

DESIGN SERVICES:

-Vintage & Modern Furniture Sourcing

-Artistic Wall Murals

-Artistic Door Painting

-Faux Finishes for a Statement Wall, (Concrete, Ombre, Lime wash, etc....)

-Decorating & Styling

-Specialty Lighting Sourcing

-Outdoor Entryway Displays

-Statement Art Sourcing

-Custom Art Design

-Sourcing of Textiles, (Rugs, Macramé, etc...)

*for large paint jobs, electrical lighting installations, major outdoor installations, flooring or cabinetry installs, etc... we will assist in the hiring of skilled trade professionals and licensed contractors.

After many touches along the way, including digital walk throughs, inspections, deliveries, and some partial installations, it's time for the final install! If local, we will be in person with my team!  If virtually installing, it will look like this:

-we solidify a physical install team, (i.e. client, contractor, local intern, employee, family, etc...). 

-we create a detailed "Installation Guide"

-we meet with install team

-we setup device to virtually attend the install, helping with real-time decisions

-Once complete, a final virtual review is conducted with you, and it's time to enjoy your amazing space!

STEP 5: "THE INSTALL"

Once approved and settled, the preliminary Design Concept grows legs and gets a plan of action!  Then the procurement process begins- involving sourcing, selection approvals, purchasing, coordinating deliveries, etc.  If installation of lighting or appliances etc are needed, this is also when we will assist with booking of such trade professionals or contractors in your local area. We will discuss with them our vision in detail for their layer of the install. It's really happening now!

Whether we are sourcing a  piece, giving your office or storefront a facelift, or creating your Seasonal Maintenance Plan for the year, this is when we develop our preliminary "Design Concept" giving you a glimpse into our vision for your space! We include things such as the Brand Board, initial sketches, current pieces, and a broad outline of the proposed aesthetic. We will include a formal proposal with budget estimate, for your approval.  Once approved, we move to "The Legwork" phase, where your dreams begin to come to life!

We will learn what's working and what's not, and discuss any potential obstacles, and ensure your needs are under our umbrella of expertise! We will learn what you envision for your decor seasonally, as well as any focal points, furnishings, art, etc...We will gather pics of current pieces you would like to incorporate as we dive further into design choices that drive the price point so we can allocate budget accordingly.  This Creative Brief of the BrandBoard, sketches, photos and notes, becomes a key reference point throughout the project.  Just another way we stay aligned with your brand and vision!
